Our Ankeny school opened its doors to the community over the Halloween weekend.  Besides fun activities for everyone, it was also an opportunity for people to learn more about the school's programs.

School of Rock Ankeny added extra treats and family fun over the Halloween weekend.  Kids got to try out instruments in their favorite costumes, while families enjoyed performances from our West Des Moines student house band.  As people navigated through the school, they also got to learn more about our school through a fun bingo game (and a bingo came with a sweet treat from our friends next door at Smoothie King).  School general manager Aubrey Fleming also channeled her fortune telling mojo for the day and shared some fun visions with folks who stopped by.  We love community events like this because it's a chance for neighbors to connect with neighbors!
