In this special 5-day music camp, students will explore the music of the most popular touring artist in the world.
about this camp
Taylor Swift’s impact on music is undeniable, from Country to Indie Rock. Throughout the five days of this music camp, students will learn songs from all stages of Taylor’s career culminating in a live performance. This camp features great opportunities for not only vocalists but all instrumentalists as well. Great for young musicians 9-18 who have some previous instruction.
SCHEDULE
- Camp runs Monday - Friday from 9am - 3 pm each day, with a Friday performance at 3pm.
- Drop off is no earlier than 5 minutes before the start of camp
- Pick up will be no later than 3:15pm Monday - Thursday
- Each day will consist of individual instruction, rehearsals, practice time, and fun music-based games/activities, culminating in a live performance Friday!
FRIDAY PERFORMANCE
On Friday, campers will put on a show for family and friends and perform the songs they’ve been working on all week. The show will take place at School of Rock Bedford at 3pm. More details will be provided on the first day of camp!
What to bring
- Students should bring a packed lunch each day - we cannot allow students to go up into town on their own to purchase food.
- Guitarists: Pick, guitar, and strap (if they have their own)
- Bassists: Bass strap and bass (if they have their own)
- Drummers: Drumsticks
- Keyboardists: No equipment required
- Vocalists: No equipment required
- All students should also bring a water bottle, notebook or folder with paper, and a writing utensil for camp.
cancellation policy
A 50% refund will be offered on cancelled camps up to 15 days prior to the camp start date. Cancellations within 14 days before camp are not eligible for a refund.
