We're so excited for our spring show season! The season will start in February and performances will take place at the end of May. Check out the full desciptions of our main performance themes as well as the full rehearsal schedule below.
MONDAYS
Drum Core (4-5 pm)
Drum Core is our new program specially designed for kids ages 8-11 with no prior drumming experience. This foundational program is the perfect starting point for aspiring young drummers and teaches essential skills to help students play drums confidently in a live-band setting, paving the way for a smooth transition into our Rock 101 program and beyond!
Arena Rock (5-8 pm)
This will be our 2nd School of Rock featured show, offering unique opportunities for our students! Arena Rock brings the explosive sound of '70s and '80s bands like Queen, Heart, Journey, Styx, and many more to the stage with big, loud anthems that defined rock’s rise to stadiums. This show offers challenging parts for all instruments - this is music meant to be turned up loud!
TUESDAYS
Anti-Everything (4:30-6:30 pm)
The Anti-Everything show brings together the loudest voices in punk, metal, alt, reggae, and singer/songwriters with music that makes bold statements about social change. This show celebrates the spirit of defiance with anthems from bands like The Rolling Stones, Twisted Sister, Primus, Dead Kennedys, and many more. A musically varied show that is unified with messages and an appetite for change!
Rock 101 (5:30-7 pm)
Our newest Rock 101 option! This group will have limited space. Rock 101 is our beginner performance program for students 7-10 years old. They may be small but their sound is mighty!
The Police (6:45-8:45 pm)
Prepare to immerse yourself in the legendary music of The Police, one of rock’s most influential bands. Students will explore their iconic blend of punk, reggae, and new wave through hits like "Roxanne" and "Every Breath You Take," capturing the band’s genre-defining sound.
WEDNESDAYS
Garage Rock (4:30-6:30 PM)
Get ready to dive into the high-energy, raw world of Garage Rock, from '60s pioneers like The Stooges to modern bands like Tame Impala and The Strokes. This show lets students explore punchy songs with fast tempos, distorted guitars, and rebellious lyrics—perfect for all skill levels!
Opening Act (6:45-8:15 PM)
Opening Act is our performance program for beginning teens. Develop your chops alongside other beginners your age while learning classic songs and techniques.
THURSDAYS
Michael Jackson vs Prince (5-8 PM)
Step into the '80s and experience the unmatched brilliance of Michael Jackson and Prince, two of the era’s biggest superstars. With iconic albums like Thriller and Purple Rain, this show offers students the chance to dive into their diverse styles and legendary hits while challenging intermediate to advanced players.
FRIDAYS
Rock 101 (4:30-6 PM)
This is our 2nd day/time option for Rock 101, our beginner performance program for students 7-10 years old.
SATURDAYS
Rock 101 (10:15-11:45 AM)
Our 3rd day/time option for Rock 101.
Blondie vs The Pretenders (12-3 PM)
Blondie and The Pretenders defined the punk and new wave sound of the late '70s and early '80s with their mix of rock, pop, and edgy attitude. With hits like "Heart of Glass" and "Brass in Pocket," this show offers a perfect challenge for up-and-coming players, while advanced students can tackle tricky song arrangements from The Pretenders!
