Will Moore has been drumming for over a decade, starting in sixth grade and growing into a versatile percussionist and educator. He currently plays drums for the Rock Hill–based band PTSD Radio, performing styles from punk and indie to heavy rock. Will has also performed in classical settings at Winthrop University, playing in the Orchestra, Wind Symphony, and Symphonic Band, where he served as Principal Percussionist.
Will’s marching background includes Fort Mill High School and Charles Towne Percussion, where he became a WGI Independent Open finalist. For the past five years, he has taught high school marching bands and indoor groups across South Carolina — from Charleston to Fort Mill, Indian Land, and Richburg — and he currently works with the Lewisville High School indoor program and jazz band. He also teaches private students and brings a strong technical foundation to every lesson.
As a multi-instrumentalist, Will plays drums, bass guitar, all marching percussion, concert percussion, and African drumming. He is passionate about helping young musicians grow, focusing on strong fundamentals, healthy technique, and building confidence behind their instrument at School of Rock Fort Mill.
Ryan McKusick
Music Director
Ryan's musical journey began at the age of eight when he first discovered the piano. Throughout his early teens, he expanded his repertoire, learning several other instruments. Ryan took the stage at just 14 years old, performing live and captivating audiences with his music. In high school, Ryan's passion for music led him to participate in numerous chamber choirs and a cappella groups, showcasing his versatility as a vocalist. He also dedicated three years of his life to the Appalachian State jazz vocal ensemble, where he was able to explore his love for jazz music.
Among his musical pursuits, Ryan has found composition to be one of his favorite aspects of music, allowing him to express his creativity and innovation. With over a decade of experience, he has become a seasoned performer, lending his skills to various local acts in the vibrant music scene of Charlotte, now as music director at School of Rock Fort Mill.
Sean McCreight
General Manager
Sean has been involved in the School of Rock system in one form or another since he first started out as a student in Franklin, TN in 2011. He first picked up the guitar at age nine after spending countless hours playing Guitar Hero and thinking it was finally time to try out the real thing. KISS was the catalyst for him to want to be a performer, he was hooked after watching YouTube videos of Ace Frehley’s iconic smoking guitar solos from the 70's. From 2011-2015, Sean was a member of the School of Rock Franklin House Band and played at iconic Nashville venues such as the Ryman Auditorium, Bridgestone Arena, and Exit/In. He was also a three-time National Allstar, getting the chance to go on tour with other School of Rock students and play across the country at venues in New York City, Philadelphia, DC, Richmond, and many more locations.
He currently resides in the greater Charlotte area where he most recently worked as a teacher and director at School of Rock Cornelius, now at School of Rock Fort Mill. He spends his time away from work writing for his alternative metal project, Degenerate Era. They have released an EP and multiple singles, the most recent being “Ivy”, which you can find on any streaming service. When he’s not working on music or at the school, you can find him at the local go-kart track trying to set the fastest lap times of the week.
