WHAT TO EXPECT

A typical day at camp involves games, activities, group rehearsal sessions and group/individual lessons on their instruments. The first day of camp doesn't involve as much instrumental time as the rest of the week as we spend the day listening to the songs and figuring out parts as a group. There is downtime and breaks during the camp so activities such as games, cards, books, etc. are great!

We recommend that students have some experience on their instruments, but it is not totally necessary. Drums would be the hardest instrument with absolutely no experience. If you drummer does not have some prior experience, we suggest they take a few lessons before the camp begins. Ask us about lesson packs to get your student up to speed!
