Throughout Rock and Roll history, some of the best performers were also the most popular of their time. These early Pop Legends such as Aretha Franklin, Dianna Ross and Dusty Springfield paved the way for modern icons such as Madonna, Kelly Clarkson and Taylor Swift. While this music camp features mostly female music artists, we also feature some of their male counterparts such as Michael Jackson and Prince. After rehearsing for five days, the campers will take the stage on the final camp day. This is a great camp for instrumentalists and vocalists 9-11 years of age, with some prior experience preferred.
My son (age 13) went to around 8 different one-week camps this summer, and School of Rock was his favorite. He liked the other kids a ton, he liked the mix of structure and fun time, and he liked the final performance.
