Mike Fraclose
Owner, General Manager
Mike Fraclose is the proud Owner and General Manager of the School of Rock located in Northborough, MA.
Mike fell in love with playing the drums in his parent’s basement down the Jersey Shore. Playing on his uncle’s original drum kit and listening to his father’s record collection of Springsteen, Zeppelin, The Stones, and many others, Mike fell in love with those sweet backbeats of rock and roll. That love of music grew all through middle school and high school, eventually bringing him to study Music Theory/Performance at Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA.
After college, Mike made his home base in Philadelphia, PA where, over many years, he had the pleasure of performing and touring with some great original and cover acts. Whether it was playing rock, jazz, folk, R&B, or pop tunes, the joy of playing music with others knew no genre. He spent a good portion of his time in Philly as a founding member of the alternative rock band and recording artist, Alright Junior.
Mike and his family eventually moved to Massachusetts where he continues to follow his love of performing with acts in the area. And now, he wants to share this love of music and live performance with the next generation of rock stars.
Becky Johnson
Studio Coordinator
Becky Johnson is a proud graduate of UMass Amherst with a degree in Communications. Her love for music traces back to her early years when she experienced the magic of her first live concert. While Becky has an appreciation for music across genres, her heart resonates most with the timeless tunes of classic rock.
In addition to her love of music, Becky has extensive experience working with children. She derives immense joy from helping them set and achieve goals, and witnessing their growth of self-esteem along the way. Becky eagerly awaits to welcome you when you enter the building. Please don’t hesitate to say hello—she would love to connect and share positive vibes.

He is excited to step into the role of Music Director and relay his passion for music to students of all ages.
Lucas Rodriguez
Guitar Teacher
Lucas Rodriguez started playing guitar at 10 years old and taking lessons at Melharts Music Center in McAllen, TX. Through years of self-teaching, he created his own style of riffing and soloing based on his favorite guitarists, Angus Young and Carlos Santana.
Lucas primarily focuses on heavy metal and rock and roll music, however, he enjoys playing a variety of genres including blues, jazz, and more. Above all one of his most unique skills is improvisation, which he occasionally displays on his social media pages playing improv music for up to an hour at a time.
Kent Anderson
Keyboard + Piano Teacher
Kent Anderson plays keyboards and sings both lead and backing vocals. Born in Colorado and growing up out West, he was self-taught on piano as a child, ultimately playing in bands in high school before pursuing a career in publishing, which brought him to Boston.
Returning to music after raising a family, Kent has played hundreds of shows in pop, country-rock, and rock bands throughout New England, and now is part of Petty Larceny, an award-winning Tom Petty tribute band in the Worcester area. He is familiar with synthesizers, pianos, and organs, and how their sounds mix and contrast.
Kent focuses on connecting with the audience, staging, marketing, and ensuring tones and hooks are developed tastefully on the keys as part of an ensemble performance.
