Rookies camp is for 5-7 year old beginners. During this music discovery camp, students will be introduced to different rock instruments and begin learning music fundamentals through hands-on music activities.

CAMP DESCRIPTION

The School of Rock San Antonio Rookies Program is early childhood music education at its’ best. In these FUN, experiential classes your budding rock star will be introduced to guitar, bass, drums, keyboards and singing. In addition, students learn music fundamentals and musical counting. Hand-eye and physical coordination is developed, social skills are enhanced—all through carefully designed musical games and other holistic activities.

WARNING: ROOKIES CAMP MAY RESULT IN A LIFE LONG LOVE OF PLAYING MUSIC.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Be ready to rock from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Please pack a snack and water bottle for all camp days. If you own one, please bring your guitar. All instruments, amps, drums, and keyboards are already in our studio.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The health and safety of our students is our top priority. If School of Rock needs to cancel a camp for any reason, a full refund or credit will be issued. If you need to cancel a camp for any reason, a full refund or credit will be issued for camps cancelled up to 15 days prior to the camp start date. Cancellations within 14 days will be issued credit toward another camp or toward our regular program.
