We were excited to host a series of open houses over Easter weekend at all our locations. We love inviting the community into our schools so kids and families can check out what we offer.
What better way to celebrate the holiday weekend with Easter than inviting the community to our schools? We were excited to host an open house at all our locations.
On Saturday, we also hosted an EGGciting Easter egg hunt for kids at our Ankeny School. Dozens of patient and excited children lined up outside the school and were ready to hunt before doors opened.
And it's hard to believe our Cedar Rapids/Marion school has been open for 3 years now! The staff in Marion put on a 3rd-anniversary open house to welcome current families and others in the community to visit our space, check out our studio, and hang out with students and staff. We also hosted an open jam in our West Des Moines school - meaning anyone in the community could come and perform with us. Our student house band musicians acted as the hosting band and offered the musical support for those who wanted to try playing with us.
Sharing music with new and old friends is always fun. It was also an opportunity for people to check out the school and our programs. We hope to host more of these open events in the future, keep following our social media pages for future events.
