Want to play in a band onstage? Our Rock 101 camp is designed for beginners 7-13 years of age. No experience necessary! Students will explore their instruments through musical games and activities. Students will learn songs by artists such as the White Stripes, Green Day and Imagine Dragons from our official Rock 101 collection of songs tailored for beginner students. Our nurturing environment makes this the perfect camp for budding musicians. Students will work on songs Monday through Friday and the camp will culminate in a concert at the end of the week for family and friends.
WELCOME TO SCHOOL OF ROCK WEST LA!
Thank you for signing up for a School of Rock West LA Winter Break Camp! We’re so excited you’ll be rocking with us this upcoming summer. We will be emailing you more information as we get closer to camp, but for now here’s a brief summary of what to expect:
WEEKLY SCHEDULE
- Camp runs Monday - Friday, 9am - 3pm each day
- Drop off is no earlier than 5-mins before the start of camp
- Pick up is no later than 5-mins after camp
- Each day will consist of rehearsals, practice time & fun music-based games & activities
FRIDAY PERFORMANCE
On Friday, campers will put on a show for family and friends by performing the songs they’ve been working on throughout the week. The show will take place at School of Rock West LA and will start promptly at 1:30 PM. We can accomodate family and friends in our large rehearsal room and open the doors to our patio for live viewing.
WHAT TO BRING?
- Campers must bring their own lunch each day
- Guitarists must bring their own guitar (or bass)
- Guitarists must bring straps, picks, extra strings, etc
- Vocalists must bring their own microphone
- Drummers must bring their own drumsticks
- Campers must bring their own hearing protection (available for purchase)

NEXT STEPS
If you haven’t already, please view and sign the waiver in our client portal called Pike13. This LINK will take you to the log-in page. In your Pike13 account, you can update your child's personal information, view invoices, manage payment information, etc. If your child has any allergies or medication needs, please inform our front desk staff prior to the first day of camp.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers will receive a full refund if canceled at least 7 days before camp.
Customers will receive a 50% refund if canceled 6 days up until 24 hours before camp begins.
No refund if not canceled at least 24 hours ahead of time.
If for any reason SoR must cancel a camp due to low enrollment (less than 3 campers), you will be notified at least 72 hours in advance and issued a full refund.
Clients will have to contact staff to cancel enrollment for this course
