So many amazing artists hail from Seattle! This camp will celebrate the history and the current artists that make it such a great city for music.

Sounds of Seattle

This 5 day camp will celebrate Seattle's rich musical history!  From the early days of garage rock with The Sonics to Classic Rock giants Heart to the 90's grunge bands like Nirvana and Pearl Jam, we will explore a wide mix of styles and genres.  Great for campers ages 8-17 who have some previous instruction or basic proficiency on their instrument(s).

What to Expect

Camp will run 9 am to 3 pm Monday through Thursday and 9 am to 2 pm on Friday with a performance at the Skylark Cafe Friday evening at 5 pm.

Campers should have their own instruments for practicing at home after camp. Guitarsits and bassists should bring their own instrument to camp. The school has keyboards, drum sets and amplifiers for use at camp.
