School of Rock Elmhurst's CJ Grandberry was chosen to be one of the music directors on the 2023 AllStars Tour! CJ headed out for a week and a half during the summer where he oversaw rehearsals, travel arrangements and shows themselves! We sat down with him for a quick interview about the tour.

Our students in our Performance Program showed off their skills they practiced all summer long! On September 23rd they took the stage at WC Social Club in West Chicago to pay tribute to Prince Vs. Michael Jackson, Joan Jett Vs. Pat Benatar, Radiohead Vs. Muse and White Stripes Vs. Black Keys!

To celebrate the 2023 AllStars Tour we sat down with our teacher Levi Hansen. Levi plays drums, bass and guitar, the last he got into AllStars on. Their tour played around the country and was the first group to enter Canada. Check out some of the highlights of Levi's AllStars experience.

Maddi Jones, another long time student at School of Rock, has been calling Elmhurst her home for years. The guitarist is a multi time AllStar and got the chance to play on some of the biggest stages in the US. Wrapping up her first AllStar tour at Chicago's Lollapalooza, Maddi reflects on her experiences on the road since then.
