Ian Draves is the general manager of the Cedar Rapids/Marion school. Music was a great tool of healing for Ian for many years. Besides managing the school, he also shares his wisdom with kids through classes.

Before the Iowa State Fair kicked off, spectators got to enjoy a fun parade in Downtown Des Moines. Of the 200+ floats watched by an estimated 10,000 viewers, one of them was the flatbed acting as a stage for the School of Rock West Des Moines House Band.
